The Final Walk Through    So, you are ready to close on your new home and you are getting ready to do your final walk through. This is an exciting time and NOT the time to loose focus on the details of what you are doing. Following these simple suggestions can help to make the process just a bit smoother.     When doing the final walk through of your new home, it is helpful and likely wise, to come prepared with a “Walk Through Check List”. This gives you the opportunity to assess and inspect the condition of the house in detail, examining each of the items left behind, while determining if each is to stay or be removed. Introduction

     This being the first blog from Expert Home Inspections (EHI), please allow me to spend a few words (maybe a few more than a few) introducing EHI.
